Our veterinary surgeon Garth Tozer qualified in 1986 and has many years experience in all aspects of small animal veterinary practice. As the only veterinarian at the practice, this ensures continuity of treatment for your pet apart from the occasional holidays when locum cover is in place.Garth believes strongly that if an animal is put at ease before any examination or treatment, then the outcome will be more effective and of course the animal will be happy to return in future - as evidenced by the number of wagging tails and purring cats in the waiting room! You will quite often see Garth kneeling on the floor greeting the animals as they walk into the consult room.

She has a rescue cat from the practice named Ru Paul, another cat called Minnie and a little rescue kitten (again from the practice) called Bellatrix to complete the trio - hopefully!
